Services are subject to availability, scheduling and location.
2. Quotes & Bookings
All quotations are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may require client approval and may result in additional charges.
Appointments are confirmed once accepted by both parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate property information.
- Ensure safe and legal access to the property.
- Advise us of pets, alarm systems or known hazards.
- Provide any necessary keys, codes or access instructions.
4. Property Visits
Property visits consist of visual observations only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Emberstone Property Management does not perform engineering assessments, building inspections or other regulated professional inspections.
Observations reflect the visible condition of the property at the time of the visit.
5. Reports & Photographs
Photographs and written reports may be provided to document the condition of the property and services performed.
These records are intended for the client's information and are retained in accordance with our record-keeping practices.
6. Third-Party Services
When requested, Emberstone Property Management may coordinate trusted contractors or service providers on behalf of clients.
Work performed by third-party contractors remains the responsibility of those contractors.
7. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in the applicable estimate, invoice or service agreement.
Deposits may be required for certain services.
Outstanding balances may result in the suspension of future services.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to provide reliable and professional services, Emberstone Property Management is not responsible for hidden defects, pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Personal information is collected, used and stored in accordance with our Privacy policy.
